We are seeking someone who is a team-player, hard-working, highly motivated and very reliable in all areas of this role and puts 100% into each project and that someone will always be looking to improve and learn as they go.

By showing growth and commitment within the company, there are opportunities for promotions, such as a Removals Supervisor and eventually leading your own team and running your very own removal.

For the manual side of the role (non-driving), no previous experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.

Please note that this role does require manual handling/heavy lifting and some long distance journeys. Some jobs are small and you can be done in a few hours, whereas others can take 8-12 hours or even be over two days long (long distance).

To be successful in this role, you must show commitment with a can-do attitude and no matter the weather or the time it takes to carry out this role, your customer service skills must remain at a high.

You must also be able to travel to our base in Woking, as we will need you to meet at our base before every removal for a briefing and to help prepare for the day ahead and on the odd occasions, (especially for long distance removals), we may need you to be at base in Woking, as early as 5am.

This role is on a self-employed basis but we will support you with understanding self-employment procedures, if you are new to self-employment.

Hours of work are flexible and we can always tell you a start time, but due to reasons such as key and/or traffic delays, we can never promise a finish time.

Salary: Salary is determined, per job size and distance, and is negotiable depending on experience
